These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rare Drips online merchandise store and purchases made from Rare Drips, LLC (“Rare Drips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through the store, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Rare Drips merchandise storefront. Separate Rare Drips products or services may have their own terms.

1. Store Eligibility and Use

You may use the Rare Drips storefront only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

Rare Drips makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, photographs, prices, sizes, materials, and other product information accurately.

Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, photography, materials, printing, and manufacturing processes. Minor variations customary in printing or manufacturing do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Product availability, designs, sizes, colors, materials, options, and specifications may change without notice.

3. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products

Many Rare Drips products are manufactured, printed, or otherwise produced after an order is placed. These products are made-to-order or print-on-demand products.

Reasonable variations in color, print placement, alignment, texture, appearance, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur from item to item.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where required.

Rare Drips may correct typographical, pricing, product-description, or technical errors. If a material error affects an order already placed, Rare Drips may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected transaction as appropriate.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not require Rare Drips to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.

Rare Drips may reject or cancel an order in circumstances such as suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, pricing error, fulfillment impossibility, or violation of these Terms.

If Rare Drips cancels a paid order that will not be fulfilled, amounts collected for the canceled portion will be refunded as appropriate.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment-card credentials are handled through Stripe's payment services.

An order is not treated as successfully paid by Rare Drips until payment has been confirmed and verified through our payment-processing systems.

7. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation within one hour after payment is completed.

To request cancellation, email support@rare-drips.com . Include your Order # in the subject line and clearly state your request to cancel in the email body.

Because Rare Drips products are generally made to order, cancellation requests received after the one-hour cancellation period may not be approved once fulfillment has proceeded.

This cancellation policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Production, Shipping, and Estimated Delivery

Rare Drips products are generally made to order. Most orders are expected to be produced, shipped, and delivered within approximately 10–15 calendar days after payment.

This time period is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Production schedules, destination, carrier conditions, customs where applicable, weather, disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

Rare Drips may use third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment providers, and carriers to produce and deliver orders.

If shipment of an order is materially delayed, Rare Drips will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

9. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are governed by the Rare Drips Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers must notify Rare Drips within 7 calendar days after delivery is confirmed by the carrier to request a size exchange.

Email support@rare-drips.com and include your Order # in the subject line. In the email body, include the Product Name and the new Size requested.

If the exchange is approved, Rare Drips will email a prepaid return shipping label. The original item must be sent back to Rare Drips within 10 calendar days from the date the return label is emailed .

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, Rare Drips will process the exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to size availability.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.

Size exchanges are limited to one exchange per item. If the return is not sent within the 10-day label window, the exchange authorization may expire.

10. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered, contact Rare Drips within 7 calendar days after delivery is confirmed by the carrier .

Email support@rare-drips.com , include your Order # in the subject line, and provide a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem.

Rare Drips will review the claim and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

This provision does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Order Communications

Rare Drips may send transactional communications concerning payment, fulfillment, shipment, delivery, customer support, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or other matters relating to an order.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and accurate shipping information.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, sale prices, and other offers may be subject to additional conditions, availability, expiration dates, quantity restrictions, product exclusions, or other limitations stated with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.

13. Intellectual Property

The Rare Drips name, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, website content, and other materials are owned by Rare Drips, licensed to Rare Drips, or otherwise used with permission and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you except ownership of physical merchandise you lawfully purchase.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Rare Drips intellectual property without applicable authorization.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Rare Drips storefront to engage in fraud, submit false information, interfere with security or technical systems, introduce malicious software, access systems without authorization, violate another person's rights, or violate applicable law.

15. Third-Party Services

The Rare Drips storefront relies on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, hosting, manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, email delivery, and analytics.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Rare Drips storefront and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Except for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, Rare Drips disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit Rare Drips to waive.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rare Drips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront or purchase of merchandise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rare Drips' aggregate liability arising from a particular merchandise order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Rare Drips for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the storefront, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to venue or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or a Rare Drips merchandise transaction may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.

20. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive order-related records, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically where permitted by law.

21. Changes to These Terms

Rare Drips may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the store, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The Last Updated date identifies the current version.

22. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the Rare Drips merchandise storefront and merchandise purchases, subject to any additional terms expressly presented for a particular transaction or promotion.
