Size Exchange Requests

• Customers must notify Rare Drips within 7 calendar days after delivery is confirmed by the carrier to request a size exchange.
• Email support@rare-drips.com and include your Order # in the subject line. In the email body, include the Product Name and the new Size requested.
• If the exchange is approved, Rare Drips will email a prepaid return shipping label. The original item must be sent back to Rare Drips within 10 calendar days from the date the return label is emailed.
• Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, Rare Drips will process the exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to size availability.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.
• Size exchanges are limited to one exchange per item. If the return is not sent within the 10-day label window, the exchange authorization may expire.
