Marketing and Email Information
For eligible customers, we may maintain:

- whether the customer is eligible to receive marketing communications;
- subscription or unsubscribe status;

2. Payment Information
Rare Drips uses Stripe to provide secure payment processing.
Payment-card information and certain billing or payment-authentication information are entered into or processed through Stripe's payment services. Stripe may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Rare Drips may receive and retain limited transaction information from Stripe, including payment status, payment and checkout identifiers, transaction amounts, tax amounts, discounts, and related information necessary to verify and reconcile a purchase.
Rare Drips does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in its own systems.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping
Rare Drips uses third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment providers, including Yoycol, to manufacture and ship certain products.
To fulfill an order, Rare Drips may provide a fulfillment provider with information reasonably necessary to process and deliver the order, including:
- recipient first and last name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- shipping address;
- country;
- postal code;
- product and variant information; and
- shipping-service information.
Fulfillment providers process that information according to their own contractual and privacy obligations.
5. Email Communications
Rare Drips uses Resend to assist with transactional and marketing email communications.
We may provide Resend with information such as your:
- email address;
- first and last name;
- unsubscribe status; and
- information necessary to deliver a transactional message.
If you unsubscribe from Rare Drips marketing, we may retain your email address and suppression or unsubscribe status so that we can continue honoring that request.
Rare Drips will not treat a later purchase as permission to override a recorded unsubscribe preference.
Commercial email recipients have the right to opt out of future marketing messages.
Transactional messages relating to an order may still be sent even if you have opted out of promotional email.
6. Website, Cart, and Browser Storage
The Rare Drips storefront may use browser storage technologies to support basic store functionality.
For example, the site currently uses browser storage for:
- maintaining the contents of your shopping cart;
- maintaining a checkout attempt during the checkout process; and
- preventing duplicate browser-side recording of certain purchase analytics events.
Some of this information may remain on your device until it expires, is replaced, or is cleared through your browser.

Rare Drips may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the storefront, such as which product lists or products are viewed, selected, added to a cart, removed from a cart, or purchased.
We do not intend to send customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or shipping addresses to our analytics platform.
If Rare Drips activates Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, those services may process information such as browser and device information, approximate geographic information, page and interaction information, and identifiers used to distinguish browsers or sessions.

Rare Drips does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration .

For example, customer order data is maintained in private backend systems rather than being made directly readable through the public storefront, and payment-card processing is handled through Stripe rather than storing raw card credentials in Rare Drips systems.
However, no internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
